We typically ship the orders within 3-5 business working days.
We provide shipping through India post and ______based on your preference.
During festivals or sales, delivery may take slightly longer. The number of days taken to deliver will vary with each shipping service, city , town and out of town shipping regulations etc.
We will update the tracking details on the website or mail within 4 working days once dispatched.
Please ensure your address and contact number are correct. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
A preorder saree will take typically around 30-45 days to dispatch as these would be woven on confirmation of the order. We will notify you if there is any changes in the ETA via Instagram,email,whatsapp/website.
International shipping charges would generally cost about 2600/kg and 1500 for additional individual order added.

Import Duty tax might be applicable based on respective regional jurisdiction. This amount will have to be paid separately before delivery, if applicable.
We work with only renowned courier service providers and if in rare possibility of case of loss of parcel in specific areas/country, we are not responsible for it.
Return & Exchange Policy for Cloths:
Our sarees and other clothing items are either handloom made/handwoven/hand painted or hand dyed.
As these involve various activities by hand, there will be irregularities, inconsistencies and print errors.
These show the authenticity of the make and will not be considered as damage.
Furthermore, we at Samyaati, run each order through multiple rounds of quality check for any damages.

We take utmost care and effort to make sure the product match its real colour. However, there will be 5-10% colour change as it depends on individual phone/laptop/browser pixel quality, image resolution, brightness etc.
Return/exchange will not be entertained on colour variation issues due to the above mentioned reason.
Return & Exchange Policy – Jewellery:
Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, jewellery items are handled with strict quality control.

No returns are accepted on jewellery products once delivered.
Exchange is allowed only in the
following cases:
Damaged product received
Wrong product received
Conditions:
• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for exchange approval.
• Product must be unused and in original packaging.
• Exchange is subject to stock availability.
Without unboxing video proof, exchange requests will not be accepted. If the product has been received damaged, we would require a parcel opening video to be sent on our WhatsApp number with the order number, name and city.
